Competitive line rates

While many transcription companies focus on paying as little for labor as possible, even outsourcing overseas, we instead use technology to make our labor go further. Our transcription tools and easy workflow simply mean it takes us less labor to produce a transcribed document than many of our competitors.

We tier our line rates to reflect how much technology was used in generating the text - the more technology, the lower the rate. Almost all Pro-Scribe documents include two or more of the following types of text:

  • Standard Text - text that is generated by direct provider dictation and is typed normally. Text charged at this rate is shown as black text in the delivered document.

  • Intellitext - text that is generated by a combination of provider dictationautomatically from, demographic data, visit type, and provider dictated normals. Text charged at the Intellitext rate is shown as appears blue text in the document.

  • Templatext - text derived from massively templated documents that typically have form based input and inherent programming logic built in.

Taken together, our line rates are hard to beat. And by using our processing tools and reducing your internal costs, Pro-Scribe will save you even more. Initial setup and ongoing template development are included at no additional charge.
