Quality Management
Providers using Pro-Scribe each have their own transcriptionist, dedicated to delivering the highest quality of personal professional service. Communication between provider and transcriptionist is a built-in feature of the review tools. This continually improves quality and builds rapport over time. Provider and transcriptionist can explicitly send each other secure messages attached to the document, delivered as part of the daily work flow. In addition, transcriptionists can see any edits made to their documents, so they can learn and improve quality.
Every transcriptionist also participates in our Excellence Program, which includes both critiquing the work of a peer and being critiqued on a regular basis.
Management Tools
Our internal workload and work assignment applications make it possible for us to offer personalized service on a large scale. Dictation, software tools and schedule data are automatically routed during vacation and sick leave coverage. Most provider preferences are built-in to the tools so chances are the provider won’t even notice.
